Therefore in our reception you will find the staff that will attend your phone calls, recieve your mailing and manage your visits.
COWORKING
We offer a shared office created with the most care where flexibility and efficiency will help you to reach your objectives. You have 6 working positions at your disposal totally equipped with modern, functional and quality furniture and technological resources that will optimise your time. Sharing your ideas and knowledge with other co-workers will an enriching solution.
OFFICES
Our offices are functional, totally equipped, with an excellent location in the centre of Gijon, near to public bodies, banks and the commercial area. The office rental will give you the freedom to focus in the most important, your business leaving to us the rest of bureaucratic tasks and service. The invoicing will be based on the services that you delegate on us, for example taxes management, administrative tasks, among others published in our web site. Your visits will have a personalise attention and you and your team with have 24 hours access.
LOUNGE
In FLEXI ON WORKING we know how important is to have a resting area, where you can have a break for a few minutes. Therefore, we put at your disposal a space with tables, chairs, microwaves, coffee machine, fridge …
MEETING ROOMS
We have 2 modern and functionally meeting rooms with a capacity for 8 and 4 people respectively, equipped with communication systems that will allow you to develop all your corporative presentations, in person or by tele / video conference. The rooms have wifi, telephone, screen / monitor, printer access, scanner and the rest of common services of our Business Centre.
STORAGE AREA
The Business centre has 22 mini storage areas, carefully designed with high quality materials and a 24 hours security service, through a video camera connected with a central alarm unit.
